Submission Instruction
Submitted articles should be reported originally, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
Submission Type
Abstract submission for presentation
only without publication.
Full paper submission for both
presentation and publication.
No Submission: If you don't want to submit any articles, please just register as listener. You can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.
Double
Blind Review
ICIEB reviewing is
double blind, in that authors do not
know the names of the area
chair/reviewers of their papers, and the
area chairs/reviewers cannot, beyond
reasonable doubt, infer the names of the
authors from the submission and the
additional material. Do not provide
information that may identify the
authors in the acknowledgments (e.g.,
co-workers and grant IDs) and in the
supplemental material . Also do not
provide links to websites that identify
the authors. Violation of any of these
guidelines may lead to rejection without
review.
Confidentiality:
The review process of ICIEB is
confidential. Reviewers are volunteers;
they are not part of the ICIEB
organization and their efforts are
greatly appreciated. The practice of
keeping all information confidential
during the review is part of the
standard communication to all reviewers.
Misuse of confidential information is a
severe professional failure and
appropriate measures will be taken when
brought to the attention of the ICIEB
organizers. It should be noted, however,
that the organization of ICIEB is not
and cannot be held responsible for the
consequences when reviewers break
confidentiality.
Review
Process
All submitted
manuscripts are sent out to peer review.
Manuscripts not adhering to our Author
guidelines will however not be
considered. ICIEB operates a
double-blind peer review process,
meaning that authors and reviewers
remain anonymous for the review process. First, conference
secretary performs a preliminary review
to confirm if the papers meet basic
publishing standard or not, and then
papers will be sent to the guest editor
who is in charge of the peer review
process. He appoints at least two
suitable technical committee members as
reviewers for each paper whose areas of
expertise have to match with the topics
of the papers. The review comments will
be sent back to the chief editor and he
will make decisions about submissions,
which includes: Strongly accept, accept,
marginally accept, reject. The
conference secretary then will inform
the authors, and papers which need
revisions will be required to be sent
back within stipulated time, and only
revised papers that pass the second
review will be accepted. ICIEB do not
accept multiple submissions, plagiarism,
and self-plagiarism. Submissions in
violation will be rejected without
review.
Paper Page Limit
The minimum page limit for full paper
is 8 pages including all figures,
tables, and references. When it exceeds
10 pages, each additional page will be
chargeable.

ICIEB 2024 will not

Code of Ethics
Articles submitted to
the conference should report original,
previously unpublished research results,
experiments or theories and must not be
under consideration for publication
elsewhere. We firmly believe that

virtue of any academic. Any act of
plagiarism is unacceptable academic
misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If
an author is found to commit an act of
plagiarism, the following acts of
sanction will be taken:
1) Reject the article submitted or
delete the article from the final
publications.
2) Report the author's violation to
his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated
institution(s).
3) Report the author's violation to the
appropriate overseeing office of
academic ethics and research funding
agency.
4) Reserve the right to publish the
author's name(s), the title of the
article, the name(s) of the affiliated
